Another rare bird! 🎸🤩 Between 1992 and 1993 Ibanez upgraded the JS1 from HH to a HSH pickup configuration. 👌🏻 In addition, the neck profile was made slightly thinner, a 5-way lever pickup selector replaced the 3-way switch, and the then-new Lo Pro Edge tremolo replaced the EDGE. Also some JS1 models came with a matching white headstock ... but not all of them, quite a bunch were delivered with the black headstock. 😱 These Joe Satriani signature models are the only JS models to date with a middle pickup 🤘🏻🔥🎸
